Save Australian literature – petition update!

The Australian Society of Authors CEO, Juliet Rogers, has released an update regarding Scott Morrison’s plan to remove parallel importation restrictions (PIRs) on books.

Update:

* Diminish the rights and income of authors;
* Risk the ability of local publishers to invest in Australian authors; and
* Risk the commercial viability of local bookstores.
